- It is important to provide all necessary information, including a valid phone number and email address. Notifications regarding your order will be sent to the email and phone number you provide once your package is ready for shipping.
- Please share your complete shipping address with us so that our courier partner can easily locate and deliver your package.
- Your package will be delivered to you within 7-8 through India Post’s reliable delivery service.
- If your order is Cash on Delivery, please note that it may take 8-10 days for delivery.
- You will get all the SMS about your package on your mobile number from India Post.

We provide medals and certificates for free to winners, but unfortunately we are unable to offer them for free to everyone due to various costs involved such as postal service, packaging, GST, payment gateway fees, handling, and safe delivery of the items to your address, especially when there are a large number of participants.
